Crockpot meatball hoagies

Crock Pot Meatball Hoagies

Friday nights in our house can run pretty late. Jackpot usually does the grocery shopping on the way home from work. Depending on what time he left, traffic, crowd at store, and length of list, it can be way past our dinner time when he arrives to unload. Then we have to put food away. Our meal has to be ready to go when we are, and something that is not a struggle to get all the kids to eat. Enter crock pot meatballs! They love these as hoagies. I make enough for leftovers to go with spaghetti in the next couple of nights. It takes me less than 10 minutes to make these earlier in the day, and 5 to assemble when it’s time to eat. So easy!

Crock Pot Meatball Hoagies. This meal couldn't be easier to prep.Quick, homemade meatballs ready to assemble into hoagies whenever the family is ready to eat dinner! These delicious hoagies have become a family favorite, making even the pickiest eaters happy!

The whole family will love these delicious meatball hoagies. The meatballs can be prepped the night before in just a few minutes. Crock Pot meals are perfect for busy families that need dinner ready when they are!

3lbs ground beef, chuck, turkey (whatever your family prefers)

3 eggs

3pcs. bread

Seasoning to taste – we like onion and garlic powder, some Italian seasoning

Worcestershire sauce

These aren’t meant to be fancy, so that’s it! Mix, roll into meatballs, and put into crockpot. Don’t forget the crockpot liner! I don’t know why anyone would want to cook without them.

Spaghetti sauce

Dump a jar of your favorite on top.The cooking time depends on when you put them in, so high/low and time setting should be made accordingly. I usually do high for 4 hours because it’s easiest to prepare them when littlest monster is in for nap.

Hoagie buns

Mozzarella cheese slices

Assemble! Jackpot likes to add mayo to his, but I still love him. Enjoy!
